Who’s in The Tax Collector, and what have they been in before? Written and directed by David Ayer, the film centers on the Los Angeles criminal underworld and follows two friends who come face to face with evil. The Tax Collector premiered in August 2020.

The Tax Collector focuses on the hopes and fears of David Cuevas and his business associate Creeper. In Los Angeles, they collect debts from various crime organizations and attempt to maintain a relatively normal lifestyle at home. However, when a criminal named Conejo returns after a 10-year absence, David and company must tread carefully while navigating dangerous waters.
