SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

Today’s word shouldn’t pose too much risk to most players and is a more common word than some of the answers over last weekend. As long as players begin their Wordle attempt with a strong starting word, the answer should fall into place rather quickly. Starting words that utilize the more common letters and vowels are essential for a successful run, words like irate, crane, or later can all help at the very beginning. After the most common letters are guessed it will be easier to work out the correct answer for the day. Wordle also provides a Hard Mode that can be accessed through the options, this mode will force players into using their clues and could be quite beneficial when the words are more difficult.

Today’s Wordle Answer (March 29th #283)

The March 29th Wordle answer is SHALL.

Shall is used in a couple of ways, one being an expression of intention, “I shall complete this Wordle today.” The other is speaking in the first person about a future event, “By next week, we shall be in New York.” A fairly common word, the only misstep players may have with it is the double ‘L’.

For our starting Wordle word we used ROAST, which provided the correct placement for the ‘A’ and an incorrectly placed ‘S’. The follow-up guess was SCALE, this gave us the correct placement for the ‘S’ as well as the first ‘L’ placed in the right spot. We took a chance with our third guess by using a repeated ‘L’ and got the answer correct. Normally, it’s a safer move to avoid guessing repeated letters, this helps eliminate a larger amount of incorrect letters.
