Too Hot To Handle: Are Izzy & Jackson Still Together?

Izzy Fairthorne and Jackson Mawhinney connected late in season 3 of Too Hot To Handlebut fans are curious about whether these two continued their relationship after the show ended. Although this show focused on serial daters who love to engage in meaningless sex, a few contestants appeared to have learned the error of their ways as they settled down with their love interests. Holly Scarfone and Nathan Soan, who spent over $30,000 for their rule breaks, professed their love. Additionally, Beaux Raymond and Harry Johnson ended the season as an official couple.

Jackson and Izzy connected late in the show as Jackson arrived in episode 7. Their connection was obvious and their beach date quickly turned into multiple rule break sessions. They didn’t cost the group as much as Nathan and Holly did, but the steamy duo still racked up a pretty penny. However, when the season ended, viewers became confused about whether the two would continue to pursue their connection. Especially considering Izzy used the term “independence,” which seemed to suggest that their short, yet lustful, fling was confined to their time on the island.

Unfortunately, their Instagram profiles seem to imply that the two are no longer together. The two both live in London, but four hours apart, which would mean their relationship would be primarily long distance. While couples have made longer distances work, it appears that the two are living completely different lives. Jackson has pictures of him traveling to Spain, Antigua, and Ireland. Meanwhile, Izzy appears to be in Manchester mainly, with a few outings to Australia and Spain.

Both profiles lack pictures of each other, which is another indication that the two have gone separate ways. Not to mention, they don’t follow each other on social media, although it seems Jackson doesn’t follow any of his other co-stars from season 3. Despite what seemed like a strong connection and make-out sessions that cost the group thousands of dollars, it doesn’t appear the two took their relationship off the island.

In the end, Lana’s goal was to help serial daters form stronger bonds with their love interests instead of looking for meaningless hook-ups. While some cast members, like Harry and Beaux, seem to have settled down and learned how to create meaningful relationships, not all of the contestants left the island in a relationship. Hopefully, the season 3 cast of Too Hot To Handle will learn to apply their newly taught tricks in future relationships.
