Too Hot To Handle: Holly Scarfone Reveals Why She & Nathan Broke The Rules

While other Too Hot to Handle members tried hard to remain celibate, Holly Scarfone and Nathan Soan Mngomezulu broke the show’s intimacy-free rule frequently and the former has now explained why they did. Holly and her beau Nathan broke many laws before the end of the Netflix reality show’s season 3 finals and racked up a whopping bill while doing so. However, the stars seemed to give little thought about the money they lost and how breaking the rules reduced the capital of the other cast as they kept getting intimate despite the show’s strict laws.

Holly and Nathan appeared to have placed their feelings for each other above other factors. They could have lost half the budget the entire group was given and seemed not to care. In fact, Holly once said a $69,000 spend for two smooches with Nathan was worth it. Eventually, Holly and Nathan lost to the British couple Harry Johnson and Beaux Raymond. Yet, their initial sexual chemistry morphed into a stronger bond, and they ended the season as a couple.

The Too Hot to Handle Season 3 couple’s romance caused many speculations among fans but viewers got all the answers they needed after Holly opened up about her and Nathan’s affair. It turns out Holly did care about the money despite her attitude saying otherwise. In a recent interview with Us Weekly, the model said, “Of course I cared about the money. I didn’t come to do the experience for money, but I did wanna respect everyone around me. But, at the same time, I knew I had met someone just incredible and [who] held a special place in my heart, you know what I mean? And I felt like it would’ve been a disservice to myself to not really explore that. … I feel like I would’ve had regrets if I just let time pass and [did] not harness every moment.”

In addition, the reality TV star revealed what attracted her to Nathan, “Besides the fact that he’s just stunning, he’s beautiful, he’s an alpha. His personality is incredible, and he’s so intelligent too, but it was just a feeling of, like, I don’t know — I just saw him. The best I can describe it is like magnets — almost, like, I was just instantly attracted to him.” However, although Holly and Nathan’s romance seemed intense, it only lasted for a while, as they split shortly after the show ended.

Holly and Nathan had zero regrets while enjoying their romance on Too Hot To Handle. But, while their affair on the Netflix series led to a relationship, in the end, it also left them with less money. It is no secret that the pair left fans confused as they broke many rules because of their sexual attraction. However, with Holly now opening up about the reason for her actions, fans may understand the couple’s attitude. Meanwhile, one cannot but feel sad that despite breaking many of the reality show’s rules Holly and Nathan ended up splitting after the show ended.
