Valheim Player Constructs A Gorgeous Three Level Garden

A hardworking Valheim player has recently finished a project of a split-level garden at their base, adding a bit of variety to a regular backyard. The garden was used to plant turnips, one of the game’s most popular crops that once inspired a different player to shoot a funny commercial.

A talented Valheim fan who used to work as a professional voice actor decided to put their skills to good use by making a fun Valheim commercial dedicated to turnips. Such a weird undertaking was caused by the simple fact that the gamer got slightly tired of the survival title and its finite content. To entertain themselves in a different way the player shot an amazing video advertisement of Valheim’s well-known crops, narrating the skit in a hilarious manner.

On Valheim’s subreddit, a talented creator named Machonacho7891 has shared an amazingly visualized concept of a multi-level garden divided into three perfectly cultivated platforms. Each elevated area is surrounded by a stone border. According to the author, the majority of building time was spent on leveling the ground in and around the garden. Raising the surface, dividing it into three distinctive platforms, and flattening it with a hoe was a natural nightmare. It took the player a good hour to finalize the build and make everything just right, resulting in a ridiculous amount of time spent considering the small scale of the garden. The player has admitted that the build might be lacking efficiency, but having unique designs is always a lot of fun compared to more practical, ordinary layouts.

Some gamers are already fantasizing about adopting the builder’s design approach for future ponds and swimming pools, although that would’ve required a dedicated Valheim update allowing players to work with water reservoirs more freely. Interestingly, some sort of a water upgrade might indeed be coming to the game, although nothing is certain at this point. According to a brief tease by the Valheim development team, some features they are currently working on might include brand new items and building assets for indoor decoration. Additionally, one of the upcoming updates could introduce irrigation canals to the game, adding brand new water mechanics.

Although it is notoriously hard to work with ground surfaces in Valheim, it is inspiring to see that such an obstacle doesn’t prevent players from investing their time in intricate landscape design. While creating impressive buildings and structures has become somewhat of a common thing, decorating backyards is still quite a unique form of in-game activity. Basically, it means there’s a lot left to perfect in Valheim’s building techniques, distracting players from the exhausting wait for new content.
