Vanderpump Rules: What To Know About Charli’s Boyfriend Corey Loftus

Charli Burnett recently introduced her boyfriend Corey Loftus to her Vanderpump Rules friends, and it seems he has quite an interesting background. Viewers met Charli for the first time when she starred as a recurring cast member during season 8. She was later promoted to the full-time cast for season 9 after a slew of firings. Original cast members Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute were fired in June 2020 after a podcast resurfaced of the reality stars recalling a time they called the cops on their former castmate Faith Stowers.

While fans were sad to see two iconic cast members leave VPR, it left room for other people to shine. Charli was a bit of a background character until the most recent season. Now, she is opening up about her issues with food and her body image, and even letting fans in on her personal life. Her first big step was introducing Corey to the group.

Corey was introduced to fans on the November 9 episode of VPR. Even though Corey was finally brought into the group through Charli, he didn’t say much about his background. According to some internet sleuthing, Corey is from Los Angeles but is currently based in the greater San Diego area. He worked as an eCommerce strategist and digital marketing consultant, according to his LinkedIn page. However, Corey left his job at POWERDOT, Inc, in September 2021 after working there for more than three years. It seems Corey may have a full-time position on the show coming his way next season. While working at POWERDOT, Inc, Corey also worked as a digital marketing consultant for The Brand Elevate. It is unclear why he left either position or what he is doing now for work.

Despite being a full-time cast member on VPR, Charli admitted Corey actually hangs out with the crew more than she does (via Reality Titbit). Charli is too busy working as a waitress at SUR to hang out with the gang so many times a week. Corey and Charli have been in a relationship for at least four years, as they took their first Instagram couple’s picture together in June 2017. The reality star confirmed in the latest episode of VPR that she will be moving in with her long-term boyfriend. However, Charli wants to completely refresh the home, as Corey was once known as a “playboy” before he and Charli started dating.

Judging by Corey‘s Instagram, he has left his player days behind but still enjoys a fun night out. Corey loves spending time with his friends, going on adventures such as scuba diving and snowboarding. When he’s not with his friends, Corey can be found with Charli and their puppy, Leo. After getting to know Corey a little bit better, he seems like the perfect addition to Vanderpump Rules. He is attractive, successful in his career, and has a loving girlfriend. Viewers wouldn’t be shocked to see him in the opening credits next season.
