Brock Davies from Vanderpump Rules hasn’t been able to reconnect with his children in Australia after a child support issue between him and his ex. Earlier this month, during the new season of the Bravo series, Brock revealed he has two kids from a previous relationship, but he has not seen them in four years. Fellow VPR costar Lala Kent was shocked by the revelation, admitting she could never be away from her daughter Ocean for that long.

Not only has Brock not physically seen his kids, but he hasn’t even FaceTimed them in the past four years. Lala revealed while at Lisa Vanderpump’s house that the reason Brock couldn’t see his kids was due to a domestic violence issue between him and his ex. Scheana Shay, Brock’s fiancée and the mother of his daughter Summer Moon, was shocked Lala knew that and immediately went on the defense for the father of her child.

During the November 2 new episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Brock set the record straight on why he is not currently trying to reconnect with his eldest son and daughter. “Not right now,” the 30-year-old told Andy when asked whether he FaceTimes Eli and Winter. “The kids in their environment now, they have a great stepdad and their mother, and that’s their family. Me trying to reconnect right now is the toughest part about it.” The Australian native then added, “It’s not a simple relationship breakup. It’s been an issue, and I’ll respect the ex and my kids. I’ll walk that tight line.” Brock then clarified his ex-wife wanted him to fix some child support issues before the former couple had a conversation about him being involved in the kids’ lives again.

Andy also noted Brock had once slapped his ex-wife across the face when he was 19 years old and asked Scheana how she felt about the incident. The 36-year-old said she knows “who he is, I know the heart that he is and the father he is to [our 6-month-old daughter], Summer.” Scheana is willing to move on from his past, as she knows he has done the work to be a better man and a better father to his kids. She believes people can grow and she sees that in Brock.

Scheana and Brock began their whirlwind romance in November 2019. After four months together, they had to quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic. During that time, their relationship grew stronger, with Scheana hoping to start a family with him someday. They announced they were expecting their first child together in October 2020 and welcomed their daughter in April 2021. After welcoming a child together, Brock and Scheana announced they were engaged in July. Brock wants to reconnect with his kids in Australia, but unfortunately, he is unable to right now. Once he is able to get everything resolved, Brock is hoping he, Scheana, and Summer will get to meet Summer’s brother and sister.
