As the metagame continues to evolve, players are constantly alternating between which weapons are deemed ‘good’ or ‘bad’. Although, the Akimbo Pistol set has been praised across the board due to its fast reload time and damage output. Not only that, but because the Akimbo Pistol is so lite, it allows for players to run around the map faster.

The best Pistol to run for an Akimbo set is the Top Break Pistol. To unlock it, players will need to reach level 12 of their Battle Pass. The new Pacific update added a brand new Battle Pass to level up. Each tier will reward players with XP Tokens, Cosmetic Items, and brand-new weapons. Fortunately, this Battle Pass is directly tied with Call of Duty Vanguard. This means players can unlock it in one game and it will be available in the other, it should only take a few hours to reach level 12.

To make the most out of the Top Break Pistol, players will need to them level up individually in Warzone. They can do this by collecting kills, assists, and headshots. To make the most out of this loadout, the Akimbo perk will need to be equipped as it allows players to carry two pistols instead of one.
