In a heartwarming new video, the cast of Spider-Man: No Way Home surprises a young fan at the hospital. Bringing Tom Holland’s Spider-Man: Homecoming trilogy to a close, Spider-Man: No Way Home has dominated the box office since its release in mid-December. The film follows the events of Spider-Man: Far From Home and sees Parker accidentally bring a host of multiverse villains into his own universe after enlisting the help of Doctor Strange to make the world forget that he’s Spider-Man.

In addition to its box office success, Spider-Man: No Way Home has also earned incredibly positive reviews from both fans and critics. While Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse still comes out on top in terms of its Rotten Tomatoes critics’ score, Spider-Man: No Way Home is officially the highest rated by audiences, currently holding a franchise-high score of 98%. In addition to Holland, the film stars Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, and Benedict Cumberbatch, and features the return of past Spider-Man actors including Willem Dafoe, Alfred Molina, and Jamie Foxx.

In a touching new Instagram video shared by Children’s Hospital LA, Holland, Zendaya, and Batalon surprise a young Spider-Man fan named Adrian who is currently a patient at the facility. Adrian is shocked upon seeing the three Spider-Man: No Way Home stars on his laptop screen but wastes no time in trying to get his hands on “secrets” from the new movie. With such strict COVID safety protocols in place in hospitals around the country, it’s no surprise that Holland, Zendaya, and Batalon surprised the young fan via video call instead of in person. In response to a question from Holland about his favorite Spider-Man suit, Adrian expresses his love for the Iron Spider suit, but Batalon also reveals that his favorite might just be the new gold-accented Integrated Suit featured in No Way Home. Adorably, the young fan also admits that he hasn’t even seen Holland’s first outing as Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War because he doesn’t want to see all of his favorite heroes fighting each other.

Spider-Man: No Way Home has resonated with fans all over the world and it’s clear that, after his meeting with Holland, Zendaya, and Batalon, young Adrian will want to see the movie even more. It’s not clear if the video was filmed before the official release of Spider-Man: No Way Home or not, but hopefully, Adrian is able to catch the movie in theaters soon or when it releases on digital in the coming months. In addition to delivering some of their strongest on-screen performances yet in Spider-Man: No Way Home, it’s heartwarming to see Holland, Zendaya, and Batalon hard at work off-screen as well bringing the joy of Spider-Man to passionate young fans like Adrian.
