Oliver Phelps, one half of Harry Potter‘s prankster Weasley twins, responds to the error in the recent reunion special that misnamed him and his brother. Since New Year’s Day, magic has once again been in the air thanks to HBO Max’s Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts. The streaming special reunited several stars from across the franchise and recounted how all 8 movies were made. Most excitingly, fans got the opportunity to see central trio Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint look back on the impact the Harry Potter franchise had on their lives.

For longtime fans of the series, Return to Hogwarts was an overwhelming success. However, it wasn’t without some errors. The HBO Max special had a couple of mistakes hidden in its 1 hour and 42 minutes, and they were quickly spotted by Potterheads online. For one thing, a picture of a young Emma Roberts was mistakenly used instead of one of Watson. For another, the Harry Potter special mixed up the names of the Phelps twins. Oliver and James, who played George and Fred Weasley respectively, were given the opposite name during their interview.

Once the mistake was caught, Oliver Phelps took to social media to respond in a manner that George would be quite proud of: He made a joke about it. Sharing a picture of the moment in Return to Hogwarts where he and his brother are given the wrong names, Phelps wrote, “I guess after all those pranks over the years somebody decided to get their revenge.” He also added that it was “fantastic to be part of the HP reunion.” You can see his full post down below.

Though this was likely an honest mistake, there’s something fitting about having the twins’ names mixed up. A running joke throughout the Harry Potter franchise is how the Weasley twins will often switch places to mess with others, including their own mother. It can be hard to keep track of Fred and George, so in a way, the Harry Potter special honored that. The Phelps twins have even take in it in stride, with Oliver’s post being the best response he could’ve mustered. In the comments, Draco Malfoy actor Tom Felton jokingly took the blame, which would also be a rather fitting tribute.

Seeing as the Phelps twins started Harry Potter not even knowing which Weasley brother they were playing, it’s a funny full circle moment. Return to Hogwarts featured plenty moments of fan service, from the aforementioned reunion between the main trio to a hilarious interview between Sirius Black (Gary Oldman) and his murderer Bellatrix Lestrange (Helena Bonham Carter). Though it had some errors, it’s safe to say this special will go down in Harry Potter history.
