Speeders, the highly sought after little zippy personal vehicles available to players in Star Wars: The Old Republic, can be found in several different corners of the game. Though most players believe that they can only be bought at the 25th level there are other circumstances and levels this can be done at. They can become available at the 10th and even first level for the most legendary players.

As previously stated, 25th is the standard level to buy a speeder, players can gain access to speeders at level 10 with a subscription and going to a trainer for speeder piloting. If players want to have access straight out of the gate, they can also get the ability to ride a speeder at first level. This access can be bought within the legacy section of the character perks with CC.

Where to Find Speeder Traders

Players can buy speeders from traders on Tattoine, which is dependent on whether a player is in the Republic Fleet or the Imperial Fleet. In the Republic fleet, Barik and Nehimmo are the speeder vendors who can be found at Carrick Station in the Galactic Trade Market. This Galactic Market is in the upper right quadrant of the map. In the Imperial fleet, Baron Lorn and Captain Tanji are the speeder vendors that can be found at the Vaiken Spacedock in the Galactic Trade Market. This Galactic Market is in the lower-left corner of the map.At these two vendors, players on either side can purchase the Czerka Cruiser, the Czerka Patroller, the Rendili Protector, and the Rendili Watchman. The special thing about the speeders here is that they all come with a 90% speed boost from the regular speeders. All of these speeders cost 8,000 credits and require the player to have a speeder pilot rank of one.At higher levels, speeders gain extra qualities like higher speed and protection from being knocked off the speeder. The three 40th level speeders are the Lhosan Stinger, the Lhosan Duster, and the Gurian Hammer. These all cost 25,000 credits, have a 100% speed boost and require a speeder pilot rank of 2.At the 50th level, speeders are the best they can get outside of PVP and VIP vehicles. The 50th level vehicles that any player can grab are the Aratech Scythe and the Aratech Lancer. These cost 55,000 credits. They have a 110% speed boost and require a speed pilot rank of 3.The other two 50th level options are dependent on whether the player has sided with the light or dark side of the force. For the light side, the speeder is called the Praxon Aero, and for the dark side the Praxon Xeno. Each one has the same stats as the previous 50th level speeders but costs 99,000 credits as a special vehicle. Finally, for players who want to show off their credits, the most expensive speeder in the game is available from VIP and PVP vendors. This speeder is called Korrealis Commander and costs 1,000,000 credits. Although it is a flashy way to show off credits, it has the same stats as any of the other level 50 speeders.
