Ubisoft has been around for decades now and continues to provide new and exciting experiences for their players. The next game in the Watch Dogs series, Watch Dogs Legion will bring the hacking system to an entirely new level, as players can now switch between almost any NPC in the game. Each character with their own unique playstyle and backgrounds from a military man to an elderly grandma. While players are waiting for that game, taking a trip into Watch Dogs 2 is also a pleasant experience. Here are the locations of the gnome costume in the game.

Here are the locations of all 10 of the Gnome costume pieces in Watch Dogs 2.

  • Bakery Roof, Haum Data Center: To the southwest of the Haum Data Center is a parking lot with a bakery on one corner. The gnome is on the roof.
  • Pawn Shop, Tenderloin: Resting on a shelf inside
  • Health Store Roof, Embarcadero Center: North of the Embarcadero Center is a Health Store, and the gnome is located on the roof. Head behind the building to climb up.
  • Homeless Camp, south of Transbay Center: South of the Transbay Center near the highway on-ramp is a gang-controlled area. The gnome is behind this area.
  • Tidis Warehouse, Palace of Fine Arts: Head north from the Palace of Fine Arts to find a restricted area. The gnome is on the north side inside a small wooden doghouse against the fence.
  • The tunnel, Blume Arena: At the northern end of the water to the east of Blume Arena is a tunnel. Head down it, The gnome is sitting on a deck chair.
  • Rooftop Garden, Transbay Center: At the eastern end of the Transbay Center is a rooftop park. Head towards the eastern end to find a blocked-off area near a large red sculpture. Use the upgraded Jumper to jump from the small hedge over the tall one to find another gnome.
  • Hot Tub, Mission-Dolores/Castro Theatre: Head to Stache & Vine south of Castro Theatre. There will be a grey building with a hot tub on the roof. Head for the south side of the block and hijack the scissor lift, drive it round to the front, and grab the gnome from above.
  • Taqueria Rooftop, SF MOMA: There’s a small opposite SF MOMA, and just to the north of its west end is a Taqueria. Climb to the roof, and look behind the ducting on the roof to find the gnome.
  • Garden of Peace and Love: West of Painted Ladies there’s a garden filled with hippies in the area in the center of the block. Enter the south entrance and climb the stairs to your right to find the gnome in front of a pile of blocks.

Now the player can head over to WKZ Station to find a tent hidden between some bushes. Inside the tent will be the completed outfit. Players can also purchase outfits using the money they collect from around the world. Although, players cannot purchase the gnome outfit, making the only way to obtain it being through this scavenger hunt. The city the game takes place is a hipsters paradise. Tons of cafes, gardens, and independent bands scattered throughout the city will make any hipster feel right at home. While the gnome costume is a bit strange, it’s nice that the player is given options with what they can wear. Watch Dogs 2 is a fantastic open-world title.
