One Week 12 Quest in Fortnite Season 6 tasks players with visiting the infamous Zero Point. For the last few seasons, Zero Point has been located at the center of the map, where The Agency once stood. It has been part of the lore and island in Fortnite since Chapter 1, Season 4. Many fans believe it is the center of reality for the game, acting as a bridge between multiple realities. Following the season finale Zero Point Crisis Event in Fortnite Season 5, the Zero Point has now been encased within the orb at the top of the new center landmark on the island: The Spire.

During Week 12, the final week of Fortnite Season 6, players will need to visit Zero Point to complete one of the weekly Epic Quests. Interestingly, the quest does not tell players to visit The Spire, but Zero Point specifically, which has fans abuzz with theories about what it could mean for Season 7. Visiting Zero Point is one of the easier challenges on this week’s list as long as players know where to go, but it is made more difficult by the presence of Spire Assassin patrolling the area and the possibility of being abducted by aliens. Here’s how to find and visit Zero Point and earn some easy XP during Week 12 in Fortnite Season 6.

How to Visit Zero Point in Fortnite Season 6

To visit Zero Point in Fortnite Season 6, players will need to make their way to The Spire. The location is fairly easy to spot as the centerpiece of the island. Because Zero Point is now the top of The Spire, players may have the easiest time visiting it if they land directly on top of it after exiting the Battle Bus.

If players are approaching Zero Point from land, they will need to watch for Spire Assassin, the NPC enemy patrolling the base of The Spire. Players may be able to evade her and climb or build their way to the top, as she has a fairly wide wander radius and does not stay near The Spire at all times. However, she does have an ability to teleport, and she may zero in on a player making their way to the top of The Spire. Players can defeat Spire Assassin to get her Mythic Primal Shotgun, which may be useful when completing the match.

The only other hazard players must keep an eye on are UFOs, which appear to be abducting players and teleporting them elsewhere on the map. Players will be taken up by a green beam, dematerialize, and appear somewhere else on the map with full health and shields. This appears to be part of an event serving as the lead-up to Season 7, which seems to be teasing a decidedly alien theme. While players are no more or less likely to be abducted while visiting The Spire than anywhere else on the map, they will want to stay alert in case they are taken to another location before they can complete the challenge.

Players have speculated the wording of this Quest title is itself a clue about Season 7. Though Zero Point technically still registers as a landmark when players reach the top of the tower, many fans presume the quest deliberately references Zero Point over The Spire because Zero Point is opening again soon. Epic Games has been careful to keep much of the end to Season 6 and start of Season 7 secret, so players will just have to wait and see if their theories are proven true.

Players will earn 24,000 XP for visiting Zero Point during Week 12 of Fortnite Season 6. Because it shouldn’t take too long, they can also try to complete another weekly Quest or two in the same match so they can earn the most XP efficiently. The next closest place players can go is Colossal Crops, the site of two Epic Quests this week: taming a boar and using a chicken as a glider.

Fortnite is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, and Android devices.
