Spoilers: For She-Hulk: Attorney At Law episode 4

Speculation surrounding Daredevil’s role in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law is mounting as the wait for his arrival continues. The show is delivering on its promised MCU cameos with three major Marvel characters but still hasn’t found room for Daredevil. However, it’s no secret that Charlie Cox will indeed play the Man Without Fear at some point in the Phase 4 show.

Marvel succeeded in generating even greater excitement for She-Hulk’s Disney+ show when it confirmed that Charlie Cox’s take on Daredevil will be making an appearance. The second full trailer for the series revealed his involvement with a clip of Matt Murdock in costume as Daredevil. The trailer didn’t provide a full look, but it looks like he’ll be wearing a version of his original yellow-and-red suit from the Silver Age era of Marvel Comics. From all indications, Daredevil will get a chance to take part in She-Hulk’s action, whether it be against Jameela Jamil’s Titania or a different MCU villain.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

After four episodes, She-Hulk: Attorney At Law has already featured three of the show’s four confirmed MCU guest characters. It was known prior to release that it would use Daredevil, Abomination, Wong, and Hulk. All that’s left now is Daredevil, who could theoretically appear in any of She-Hulk’s remaining five episodes. Since Daredevil is expected to be important to the show, it makes sense that the series will use him earlier than the finale. And based on the MCU’s track record with characters like Yelena Belova (Hawkeye) and Fake Quicksilver (WandaVision), there’s a good chance that Daredevil will show up around the halfway point, possibly in relation to the new Titania storyline. So all things considered, it would fit with Marvel’s formula for him to appear in episode 5 or 6.

Why Does She-Hulk Need Daredevil?

Although She-Hulk and Daredevil typically occupy different corners of the Marvel Universe, it’s not necessarily surprising for the series to opt toward a crossover. After all, both are superhero lawyers based in New York City, so having the two interact in an MCU show does feel like a no-brainer for the series. For that reason, a meeting between Daredevil and She-Hulk shouldn’t have a lot of obstacles narrative-wise. As a major Marvel Comics superhero, Daredevil is a huge boon to the series and a character who comes with a ton of storytelling potential in terms of action and courtroom drama.

As for where he could fit into the story, She-Hulk episode 4 may have provided a big clue. Titania’s decision to take Walters to court means that She-Hulk now needs her own lawyer. As another hero who represents super-powered individuals, Daredevil is in an excellent position to become She-Hulk’s defense attorney in episode 5. If that happens, he could be integral to the overarching story of She-Hulk: Attorney At Law season 1.
