90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star Mike Berk’s reactions to Gino Palazzolo and Jasmine Pineda’s segments at the Tell-All have made fans believe he’s trying to take host Shaun Robinson’s place in the franchise. The soon-to-end Before the 90 Days season 5 has perhaps been the most controversial in recent times with cast members, and the reunion episode is no different. Jasmine asking Gino for his meat and now him revealing that he sent her private photos to his ex by mistake is something that everyone is talking about. Gino and Jasmine’s co-stars do have an opinion about their relationship, but it seems Mike is very invested.

After the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Part 1 Tell-All aired, fans noticed how Mike was trying to judge and mock Gino whenever he was called out. Mike, who has admitted to spending thousands of dollars on Ximena after meeting her on a webcam site and asking her to leave her job, was appalled by Gino paying sugar babies to have dinner with him. When Jasmine revealed that she and Gino had sex just once during his one-month-long trip, Mike laughed and asked the Michigan man to reciprocate his partner’s feelings. This was after fans saw an entire season of Mike admitting Ximena was his first girlfriend and her claiming he was okay in bed. Mike looked like he had an opinion about what Gino was doing wrong with Jasmine in his relationship when his own has been nothing but toxic and simply transactional.

In a preview for the upcoming 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Tell-All Part 2, posted by 90 Day Fiancé on YouTube, Mike continues his odd antics. According to Gino, he didn’t mean to send Jasmine’s private photos to his ex-girlfriend on purpose. He claimed it was one photo that he accidentally sent to the woman. Before anyone could react, Mike turned to Jasmine and asked her, “Is it true, Jasmine? Was it accidental or no?” Jasmine revealed it was three different photos that Gino had sent at three different times. Gino denied doing it while saying “no,” but Mike spoke again to advise him, “That’s something you should just never do.” Jasmine shared that Gino wouldn’t even be able to prove he’s right because he deleted his side of the messages. “If he had nothing to hide, why delete it?” chimed in Mike. After watching the preview, a 90 Day Fiancé viewer posted a comment, “Why is Mike trying to take Shaun’s place? His story is the most embarrassing of all.

Fans were amused by how much Gino can lie while keeping a straight face, with some even calling him a “pathological liar.” But many of the comments were about Mike and the gall he had to pass judgment when he’s a “bigger creep” than Gino is. “Oh Mike has some nerve, the human embodiment of audacity,” wrote a fan. Some found it funny that Mike was trying to get Gino in trouble when his upcoming segment with Ximena will be worse and leave him feeling embarrassed. “Mike questioning Jasmine as if he were the host. Surprised he didn’t run off the set yet,” joked a different viewer.

Mike’s desperation and cruel behavior with Ximena in the past few episodes of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days took him from a fan-favorite to the most despised cast member of the season. Owing to his antics, fans know Mike has no place to comment on anyone else’s relationship when his own is far from being perfect. A few fan theories suggest Mike is actually interested in Jasmine and could be trying to demean Gino to impress her. Mike should really be worried about what his segment with Ximena will actually uncover.

90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days airs Sundays at 8 p.m. EDT on TLC.
