Tim Malcolm and Veronica Rodriguez may have not been a couple on 90 Day Fiancé, but their chemistry has always been the talk of the town. When Veronica made her 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days as Tim’s ex, many fans outright doubted her intentions. But since Tim’s break-up with Jeniffer, and his pairing with Veronica for Pillow Talk, the couple has instantly become a fan-favorite. And TLC is making the most of Tim and Veronica’s chemistry by giving them another 90 Day Fiancé spin-off!

Tim, 39, and him moving to Colombia for his 25-year-old girlfriend Jeniffer could have been a sweet 90 Day Fiancé story, but the looming presence of his ex, give it a sinister edge. Veronica,  35, Tim’s fiancé of 10 years was very much a part of his life as they continued to co-parent her now-teenage daughter in spite of breaking up. But while Tim had to split with Jeniffer by the time his season ended, he still stayed close to Veronica, who’s practically his family. The pair and their catchy camaraderie got them picked up for 90 Day Fiancé spin-off Pillow Talk where Tim and Veronica reviewed just-aired episodes. Their hilarious observations made Tim and Veronica household names, and it thus comes as no surprise that the exes-turned-besties have been roped in by TLC for a new spin-off show. But what makes this stint even more special for Tim and Veronica is the fact that it’s a crossover.

The Family Chantel returns for a much-awaited season 2 on 12 October to TLC and promises to deliver more explosive drama than it did in the first season. Focused on another fan-favored couple from 90 Day Fiancé, Chantel Everett, and Pedro Jimeno and their ups and downs, The Family Chantel’s return has them working hard to make their marriage work. Fresh feuds with more family being involved in this season also has new international couples on both sides of the aisle. With Pedro pursuing his American dream, Chantel is shown busy preparing to graduate from nursing school. But in true TLC fashion, their world turns upside-down with the 90 Day Fiancé star’s brother Royal showing up in Atlanta with a Filipino wife Angenette. In the Dominican Republic, Pedro’s sister too has a dark secret of her own as she’s started dating Alejandro from New York. All in all, a dramatic season like this one, does require commentary that’s just as engrossing, doesn’t it? SD reports that the show’s premiere will be followed by the Pillow Talk episode with Tim and Veronica.

Joining them will be other members of the franchise including the popular David Toborowsky and wife Annie Suwan, besties Molly Hopkins and Cynthia Decker, and Loren and husband Alexei Brovarnik. Fans saw the last of Tim and Veronica on the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? finale Pillow Talk, however, they’re still a part of Happily Ever After? Strikes Back. Whether the famous exes will return to The Other Way spin-off this weekend with Angela Deem is not known, but seeing the 90 Day Fiancé pair discuss The Family Chantel will surely be a treat for their admirers.
