90 Day Fiancé: Why Kimberly’s Gift To Usman Was Manipulative

The reality hit 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5 is almost over, and Kimberly Menzies has managed to anger viewers with her seemingly manipulative behavior. The older American woman took back her present to Usman “Sojaboy” Umar after the younger Nigerian man admitted to lying to Kimberly, or at the very least, withholding the truth. 90 Day Fiancé fans are now questioning if 90DF‘s Kimberly believes she can use money and presents to manipulate and control Usman in their relationship.

Usman and Kimberly were online friends for over a year and decided to meet up while Usman filmed a music video. Although Usman originally told Kimberly that his song “Zara” was about many women, he admitted to writing it about his ex-girlfriend, whom he dated while platonically chatting with Kimberly online. Kimberly was furious to discover that her boyfriend of one day had concealed his past relationship from her and lied to her about his music video. Kimberly angrily reacted to the news and even took back a custom gold necklace that she had gifted Usman. She told Usman that if he made a grand gesture, she would return the item.

Viewers were not happy about how B90‘s Kimberly used her gift to attempt to control Usman.
