GTA Online Makes Casino Drinks Free To Celebrate New Stunt Race Additions

To celebrate the addition of new races, Grand Theft Auto Online is temporarily making all casino drinks free. Rockstar Games did something similar just last week when it added eight new GTA Online stunt races that paid out triple the cash and RP earned.

The weekly boosts and deals that Rockstar has been trotting out have kept the seven-year-old game fresh, leading up to its eventual Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 launch later this year. Until then, Xbox One and PS4 players have been able to rake in a ton of benefits, ranging from discounted warehouses and V.I.P. offices, to free outfits and boosted payouts and certain missions. Since Rockstar has started rolling out these deals, GTA Online players have capitalized on the opportunities and now, the newest batch of discounts and boosts are in.

The newest Rockstar news post includes the usual slew of discounts, bonuses, and freebies. For the next week, “all Rockstar Created Land Races are paying out 3X GTA$ and RP,” and both special cargo sales and business battles will be paying out double the cash and RP. Players who sign in to GTA Online any time this week will also receive, “the Navy Pinstripe Pajamas and Navy Pinstripe Smoking Jacket, free of charge.” And of course, what better way to celebrate all of this than by hitting up the Diamond Casino in East Vinewood, where, “all patrons drink for free until June 9th.“

Other promotions this week include the Överflöd Entity XXR hypercar being available on the lucky wheel, and a list of discounts, including “40% off the cost of the Casino Penthouse, plus High-End Apartments and their renovations; 60% off Executive Offices, and 50% off all Special Cargo Warehouses.” All casino store clothing will also be 50% off, while several high-end vehicles will have their prices slashed, namely the Pegassi Tempesta, the Imponte Ruiner 2000, the Pegassi Reaper, the Pegassi Osiris, the Vapid FMJ, and lastly, the trusty Karin Kuruma (armored).

If for some reason none of the above boosts feel worthwhile, GTA Online also added the panther statue to the Cayo Perico heist, giving players a more valuable target to steal from El Rubio, in case heisting is more alluring than racing. The weekly bonuses are good through June 9, so players who are wanting to get in on anything listed above should do so ASAP.

In a game that is turning eight years old this year, keeping things fresh can be a challenge: some GTA Online players have resorted to making their own fun, such as pulling off expert jet stunts around Los Santos. But for less-skilled pilots, Rockstar has been doing plenty to give players a reason to come back to its money-printing machine, Grand Theft Auto Online.
