Khloe Kardashian is being bashed for showing off her tacky diamond ring on Instagram. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is receiving backlash from fans after posting a photo of her new nails. Although Khloe’s original intentions behind the post was her nails, the main focus was her massive diamond ring. The ring is assumed to be an engagement ring from her on-again, off-again boyfriend Tristan Thompson.

Khloe and Tristan first started dating in 2016, two years before they had their daughter True. The two have been on and off since, mostly because of Tristan’s past cheating scandals. For the past year, the couple has reportedly been in a good place. Tristan quarantined with Khloe last March to help her care for True while Khloe was sick with Covid-19. Khloe and True flew to Boston to spend the holidays with Tristan, which is when she was first spotted with the diamond ring. In the recent season of KUWTK, the couple have discussed plans for a second baby.

Fans are not impressed by Khloe’s massive diamond ring. Khloe recently posted a photo showcasing her new spring nails on Instagram. Although the intended focus was to be on her nails, Khloe’s oversized rock caught the attention of fans. Her ring is being called tacky and ugly. Many feel Tristian bought Khloe the oversized and obnoxious ring just to compensate for all of the pain and heartache he has put her through in the past. One Reddit user joked, “1 caret for every person he’s cheated on her with.” Despite the ring being quite large and gorgeous, it does not make up for his lack of honesty and trust.

Some fans were shocked that Khloe is comfortable showing off the size of her ring after Kim’s armed robbery in Paris back in 2016. Although the family should not have to live in fear, they should be cautious about what they showcase online. Kim also had a large diamond ring of her own that had gotten stolen during her robbery. In fact, the ring was the reason her attackers sought her out. Now, Khloe is showing off her equally as large ring to the world without a care of who sees it.

Although neither Khloe nor Tristan have publicly said they are back together let alone engaged, fans are tired of her showing off the presumed engagement ring without acknowledging it. Not long ago, Khloe wished Tristan a happy birthday on Instagram during which she called him her soul mate. Between her birthday message and constantly flaunting of her ring, fans are not happy about Khloe and Tristan seemingly being back together. So far on the final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloe and Tristan have briefly mentioned their relationship; however, they claim to not be together romantically.
