The Family Chantel: What Job Thomas Everett Does For A Living

Chantel Everett has taken her relationship drama to TLC’s The Family Chantel for two seasons now, but there is still more to learn about her father, Thomas. The show chronicles 90 Day Fiancé fan favorites Chantel and Pedro Jimeno following the intense family drama that ensued after he came to America under false pretenses and planned to marry Chantel.

Chantel’s family has been very vocal about their suspicions surrounding Pedro. Thomas and wife Karen accused Pedro of “harvesting” the American dollar by moving to the United States to be with Chantel but still sending money back to his family in the Dominican Republic. Though Karen is the more vocal of the couple, Thomas has remained a stark supporter of his wife throughout their many accusations against Pedro. However, he has also been more accepting of Pedro than Karen, giving him the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions due to his love for his daughter, Chantel

While details about Thomas and his career have been difficult to come by, Karen has been more open about her various ventures. Karen’s outright and vocal disdain for Pedro earned her the TLC spin-off show Ask Mama Chantel, which first aired on Facebook Watch in October and is currently streaming. Additionally, Karen announced herself as an author on her Instagram. Her bio lists her as an “achievement ambassador,” “famous published author” and “public speaker,” as well as a #businessowner.

Karen’s Instagram also reveals other family projects, such as the release of Chantel’s brother River’s first single “Anna Mae.” However, her profile doesn’t give further insight into what her husband does for a living. What is known about Thomas is that he has always remained his wife’s number one supporter, as well as a dedicated family man. It appears as though he is more than content with letting his family take on the lead role in the public eye, while he supports them from the sidelines.

Chantel and her family have fortunately been able to cash in on their media presence. Perhaps Thomas will follow in his wife’s footsteps and branch into writing, or maybe he will continue to earn money as a television personality along with the rest of the family. Though Thomas is by far the most private family member, more details of his career could soon emerge.
